Pricing

Priced for your business. Less on big invoices.

What a card costs depends on your volume and the cards your customers use, so we don't publish one price for everyone. Tell us about your business and we'll send you your rates.

Card payments

Your rateper card payment

Set for your volume and card mix

Business and rewards cards cost more than everyday cards, and most companies pay with them. We price your cards for the mix your customers actually use.

Pass the Fee

0%for you, on credit cards

Your customer covers the card fee

Shown on the payment page before your customer pays. We set it up with you so it fits your state's rules.

Bank payments (ACH)

Flat feeper payment

Not a percentage of the invoice

A small fee per payment, whatever the amount: the way to collect big invoices.

Volume pricing

Processing $1M or more a year?

Most of what a business card costs is set by the card networks. With enough volume, we price your cards closer to that cost.

Questions

About pricing.

Something else? Ask us.

Why isn't there a price list?
Because in B2B, what a card costs depends on your volume and on how many of your customers pay with business and rewards cards. One public rate would be too high for most of our customers, so we quote each business.
How do I get my rates?
Tell us about your business on the contact page, or start your application: your rates are shown before you submit it, and agreed in writing before you sign.
Why do bank payments cost less?
A bank payment (ACH) costs a small fee per payment, whatever the amount, while a card costs a percentage of it. On large invoices, that makes bank payments the cheapest way to get paid.
Is Pass the Fee allowed everywhere?
No. Surcharging rules change from state to state and only apply to credit cards. We set it up with you, with the notices the card networks require.
Are there other fees?
A dispute or a returned bank payment can carry a fee from the card network or the bank. We go over every fee with you before you sign.
