Payments
Card or bank. Your customer chooses; you get paid.
Take payments on your invoices, on payment links and in your own checkout. Cards are paid right away; a bank payment costs a small fee instead of a percentage of the invoice.
One page, two ways to pay
Pay by card, or straight from the bank.
Every invoice and payment link opens one simple page. Your customer picks how to pay, and the money goes to your bank account, never through ours.
- Credit and debit cards, typed on our payment partner's secure page
- Business checking or savings accounts (ACH), with the debit authorization on the page
- Your business's name on the page, and the card fee shown before they pay when you pass it on

Cards
Cards, paid right away.
Card numbers go from your customer straight to our card processing partner. They never reach your systems or ours, which keeps your PCI scope as small as it can be.
- A rate set for your volume and your customers' card mix: ask us for yours
- Refunds from your panel, in full or in part, with a confirm step
- Every payment, decline and refund in your panel, with the reason a bank said no
Pass the Fee
0%
Your customer covers the card fee on credit cards. You keep the whole invoice.
- The card fee is shown on the payment page before your customer pays
- For credit cards only, as the card networks' rules ask
- The rules change from state to state: we set it up with you so it fits them
Bank payments (ACH)
Big invoices, small fees.
A bank payment costs a small fee per payment, not a percentage of the invoice. On a $12,000 invoice, that's the difference between hundreds of dollars and a few.
- Your customer pays from their business checking or savings account, on our bank partner's secure page
- It counts once their bank confirms it, usually in 1 to 2 banking days; until then the invoice shows it on its way
- If a bank refuses or returns a payment, the invoice opens again and you get an email
- Paid out to your bank account every banking day
Ways to get paid
Wherever your customer is.
Invoices
Emailed with their own page to pay, and reminders until they're paid.
Payment links
One permanent link for a fixed amount: on an invoice you print, as a QR code on the truck, or by text and WhatsApp.
Your own checkout
Open a payment page from your website or ordering app through the API.
Refunds
Give money back from your panel or the API, in full or in part.
Paid during the call
Text your customer a payment link while you talk: they pay on their phone and you see it come in.
Checks you receive
Record a check or a wire on its invoice, so your receivables stay true.
Ready when your next invoice is.
Apply in about 10 minutes. Your answers save as you go, and you see your rates before you submit.
